WHSC Developmental Program Goals and Philosophy Dec 01 2008 - Chris Lenzsch The West Houston Soccer Club’s philosophy and goal for this age group is to develop each individual player’s soccer skills in an open, honest environment that is FUN and keeps the kids interested in playing soccer.  Our Goal is to develop these U9 and U10 players with the best dribbling, passing, and shooting skills possible over the two year period, while also giving them numerous playing situations through games, scrimmages and tournaments to exercise their skills and decision-making processes.  Winning games is not the goal of the program, and every child is guaranteed at least 50% playing time in each and every game.  For more information contact Chris Bloise (email is chrisbloise@yahoo.com)
